Just in case, in the title screen, the game is just called "The Hero's Crest". It's only on the game's box that you see the subtitle "Deep Dungeon". There's no "2" anywhere.

I figure since III and IV are numbered, it's better to be consistent. (well, III is numbered on the box/cart) The MSX version is also numbered. Huh. I guess they do give equal emphasis to both parts of the title.

I know it says "Nadia" twice - I've still yet to do "The Secret of Blue Water" part. I think the "D" still needs some more work. \ I'm going for the same look here: Edit: Fixed the "D," the spacing, & "N" now touches the ground like the rest of the letters

Someone wanna make me a fancy, archaic subtitle for ActRaiser 2? It says "The Crusade for Silence". Anyone willing to do this yet? >_> ~DS

Wasn't there a couple a few pages back? The Crufade for Silence. I've taken it upon myself to design a DD2 title screen. Luckily, dropping the title onto the original logo was pretty easy. I just had to fix up the tilemap to replace the tiles used for the pseudo-random background.

Maybe. :/

That was in the original. I'll check into that (the background part makes it kind of annoying to edit).

It doesn't look that bad though. And I'm a bit of a purist, so I'd probably leave it. October 26, 2010, 02:08:16 am - (Auto Merged - Double Posts are not allowed before 7 days.)
Finally finished the rest of the title (after a minor setback with Tile Molester totally molesting my graphics. ):

I have a question. Is that animal a dog, cat or what?

It's a lion cub named King. It's Nadia's pet.

...Why does it look like a science experiment to cross a cat and dog?

Same reason Nadia’s nose is decidedly situated towards the right side of her face? HAA NOW YOU CAN’T UNSEE IT.

That's just perspective. The only way it'd hit "cannot unsee" status is if the shot of her face was straight on rather than an angled shot.
