Now I feel good, because I actually got something going.

Oh, and Gid, I'm taking college Japanese courses atm, that's why I was saying in two or so years, heh. I know very well I can't help you now.

if you had to suggest me one of this games to play, wich one would it be?

Emerald Dragon (when it's released) or Night of the Forget-Me-Nots.

Black Lagoon. <3

I can't believe someone here actually reads Black Lagoon.  ^^ *Blushes*

I wish the damn editor would hurry up, though. :/

I downloaded Night of the Forget-Me-Nots. I was quite impressed. I enjoy some horror games, but I wouldn't think I'd enjoy a shareware one. Reminds me of Clock Tower a bit. I haven't found a way to "beat" the game yet (The best ending I got had the main character escape, but it wasn't the lowest ending on the right side, so I assume there's a better ending).

Glad you're enjoying it.  I'm very proud of that game. Smiley

The escape ending is good, but the S ending is very difficult to get.  I actually made it harder in the English version because it was too easy in the original.

Heh heh. Well, I've only played it for about a day. I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually.

Is there any significance to whether or not you take the Charm/Yearbook? I've tried not taking the Charm, but not the Yearbook.

The script looks pretty easy.  I can't say anything for it in terms of quality, as I'm just getting into it.  There's a lot of control codes, but I haven't come across any of that accent-changing stuff Gideon mentioned.

And I don't consider my work to be messy at all.  (Although Nightcrawler may beg to differ, given some of the grammar/spelling errors that have come up in Emerald Dragon.) I also do manga translation/editing, so generally I almost always proofread my scripts.

Hehe At worst, I'd say it may have benefited from being looked over by a second set of eyes, but I would by no means call it messy work! I think it's fair to say I've probably matched you in hacking bugs. It's no easy task to handle and manage such large projects. People always tend to overlook things when they proofread their own work too. I know I can look a mistake straight in the face, read it 5 times over and miss it every time.

Seriously, I'm pretty happy with the way the script turned out. You do fine work, I'd work with you again, and I'd recommend you to others.

You did exceptional work for the large sum of money you were being paid!

No, it wouldn't.  Some weeks I won't have any time at all to work on the script, or I'll be focusing on other projects.  Updates will be sporadic at best.  Like Gideon is fond of saying, it gets done when it gets done.

I seem to recall Emerald Dragon for the SNES being a terrible whore to hack.

That said, I wish you luck in your translation endeavors with Romancing SaGa 2 Eien, I've wanted to play this one for a long time.

give it a rest man, news will come when it comes. (not that I feel any different, but there's no reason for it to be on top if there isn't any news)

I AM NOT A MOD.

There's no reason to dig up an old topic just to say "is it done yet?" Please don't do it again. :police:
