Yes the title screen is compressed (as always in the Snes games).

Dragon Scroll - Yomigaerishi Maryuu, which I believe translates to "Resurrection of the Demon Dragon"

EDIT: But I guess some constructive criticism would be more useful. Cheesy The insides of some of the letters in "Resurrection Of The Demon Dragon" are slightly offensive to my eyes. Maybe changing it to the same color as the outline would help?

The letters I'm talking about are: R, e, o, O, D, a, g

Yeah, that is pretty awesome!
The only complaint I have is the "ll" in "scroll". Kinda stands out against the all-capital rest of the title.
Could you add even a short horizontal segment?

maybe a line of red between the gray and the black on those inner loop things? (the areas that were white in the previous screenshot.)
