The right one.
The left one looks like he's turning his torso to the left when he takes a step.

I'm hacking Donkey Kong Country for the Famicom, & it's one of those 2-in-1 pirates that includes a Jungle Book-themed version of itself. I was just about finished when I discovered I could hack parts of Jungle Book without altering DKC sprites: Any suggestion what I should change 'KONG' to? I was going to use 'BOOK' but I thought maybe others here could be more creative:

If it's like the real DKC games, then yes. In the real games, each letter is a tile you pick up. If you get all four you get an extra life (or a save prompt in the first DKL). Otherwise one powerup would be a letter and a half.

Otherwise one powerup would be a letter and a half. that might be okay if you added broken edges to the sides like if you were collecting pieces of a broken sign to put back together.

Any suggestion what I should change 'KONG' to? KHAN, as in Shere Khan... It sounds most similar to "Kong." You're welcome.

At first I thought I had annoyed you. Then I clicked the link and saw that that was, indeed, the name of the game. XD Ha. Thanks.

Looks nice, what game is this? It must've been hard work to find the text and font data.

Yeah, the line break routine was coded to be executed only once, but I fixed that.
