It's not backwards, but the bloaty font makes it look like so. I do see your confusion here.

yeah, it's an 'n', not a backwards 'N'.

I dunno... this one looks really off for some reason. Photoshop is really weird when it comes to bending text.

The font is called Forte MT

Maybe you can pull down the center, while keeping the left & right ends where they are?

I dunno, the quirky style might also allow for a kind-of "uneven" look, just like it is now. It's definitely hard to get right.

I do like this 2nd logo (edit. rightmost in creaothceann's post) better because the arc itself is right and also I liked the way you decreased the size of the spaces.

It looks good, but it's just missing something which I find hard to write down in words. Perhaps its because the Japanese logo has only 6 characters which makes the look nice and fat. Opposed to "Panel De Pon" with 10 characters, meaning that the characters are very tight together. I'm not sure what the other people are creating, but Dr. Mario's logo looks promising.

The same way as I did to Mario a few pages back. Key word is: "Vector". Tongue

I don't even use Vector actually. I just opened up the original one, set it to Indexed color and picked "Exact."  Then I did my new title screen, and then went into Indexed color and picked "Previous" so that it would still use the same palette as the original you provided

I meant something different, but never mind... Anyway, I don't know whether you guys/gals quit making a logo. So, up to now I'll settle with the second logo Dr. Mario made:

I hope you don't mind, if I add some more pink to the background color of the letters, as the original PDP logo had that too. Other than that this logo is fine with me. Would you like me to add your name to the credits list? If so then I will spell your name in Katakana as: "Dr. マリオ" just as the real Dr. Mario would be spelled likewise (at least according to wikipedia). Furthermore I see I need to use spades for the Stage Clear and Puzzle endings as you are male.

Sure man, I mean I guess if it won't be a hassle, I wouldn't mind being in the credits.

Okay, I could use some help with the Pandora's Box logo.

Here's what we're currently using, the only way you could've missed this is if you have signatures turned off:

Now, I'm happy with the Warring Triad in the background, very happy actually, that came out looking much cooler than I thought it would. What I'm not so happy with is the text, I just downloaded a generic FF-logo looking font and used that, when I really wanted something more stylish, something more like the logo they used for the boxart of FF2us and FF3us:

I recently tried ripping the letters out of that and doing some edits to make the new letters I needed, but... I failed, my edits looked like crap. Embarrassed

Anyway, what I'm getting at, does anyone want to try remaking the logo with that style of text? It doesn't have to be exactly the same, just something that looks good and is gold like that, don't bother with an outline, I can do that if myself if I decide it needs one.

Here's the Warring Triad background by itself, if anyone wants to use it:

I can always redo that larger for the new text if need be, so I wouldn't be too worried about making the text to fit to that, as long as it'll fit on a SNES titlescreen it's good. Don't be too concerned with color either, I've still got about half a 256 color palette to work with.

JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOE~

Edit: This is not final, looks like importing the graphics with YYCHR messed up some of the colors.

Edit edit: There.
