Like I've said before, I'm up for anything. Honestly, I'd rather someone just choose a game and we start already. Wink

I have a saturn, just thought I'd throw that out there.

Although I wouldn't likely be able to offer any assistance to the project work, regarding CD-based systems, I do have working Duo, PS1, PS2, Saturn, DC, and 3DO systems that can all read burns. Wink  So, I could possibly offer assistance in the hardware-testing department if any of those systems are chosen.

My Sega CD is pretty dead at the moment though. Sad (I do have some info on something to check into, so it might be an easy fix if I ever get around to it...)

If you decide not to do a CD based system and go with the traditional systems, I can tell you a nice little challenge can be found with Chaos Seed or Front Far East of Eden Zero on the SNES.

+ there are also interesting games to be found on computers. There a lot of interesting projects being worked on (at least they're not announced as dropped..yet), but for some reason it seems they never get finished  Undecided\ ( I'm thinking especially of Magna Carta here)

Of the top of my head two suggestions:
Compile's Wander Wonder and
Elemental Arts. This one was actually planned to be released in the US under the name "Final Tactics" about 5 years ago. There was even an English (though I think glitchy) demo available.

Gemini that list is awesome.

I'll suggest we just take the playstation as platform and create a vote with these games he posted. The one with the most votes will be the project.

If we're going with one of the ones from Gemini's list I'd have to go with one of the Atelier, Black Matrix, or Summon Night games.

If it's Front Mission 2 I'm in. I always like working on games I own  Cheesy

Just make sure that the hack is for the updated version that has the quick battle option. Forcing the player to sit through 45-second loading and cutscene for each attack is excessive. That option was added to the release before Ultimate Hits. PSOne Books, I think. Or, the hack could work for both. But it really needs to work for the revised release.

Well, it seems like you actually like my list. Tongue Is it possible for a moderator or an admin to add a poll or something to this topic for voting the title to work on? Cheesy
