Your translations weren't too bad, but here are my suggestions:
01
D'Ouevre: Ooo hyoh hyoh! I, the mighty D'Ouevre, have helped myself to your restaurant! Buh-bye!
02
D'Ouevre: Congratulations on making it this far, you lucky cookie! But your luck ends here! Buh-bye!
03
D'Ouevre: Hyah hoh! You won't be able to keep up with magnificent me! Au revoir, sucker!
NOTES: (1) The phrases ãƒã‚¤ãƒ“ー and ãƒã‚¤ãƒãƒ£ãƒ©ãƒãƒ¼ã‚¤ are apparently catch phrases from old TV shows, and they're both "funny" ways of saying goodbye. You can use whatever you want for these. (2) D'Ouevre sticks ã•ã¾ on the end of his own name, attempting to give himself respect. Comic book and video game villians do this a lot.
