Judging from Secret of Mana's songs, it doesn't seem like they were intended to be played alongside the sound effects.

Regarding the title screen: the original art is probably what became the included poster.

The audio must be decompressed to *.wav; use e.g. Winamp or the FLAC tools for that.

source for anyone interested.  byuu is making videos too so if he releases source to those then those would probably be better reference material for a working example.  Here's mine in the mean time.

I have an alternate poster that I scanned a few months back if you're interested, pm me, because I can't think of a good place to upload a 25MB jpeg.

and yeah Maegra if you want to upload another one that'd be great too. If we could put out a slightly better title screen, and have the sound effects not mess with the songs in the game that'd be pretty awesome, not sure how much hacking that would take. the title screen sounds easy, the music sounds hard.

I am not capable of either at the moment. If anyone is capable feel free.
