TLP has a menu entry Edit -> Import Bitmap, so I'm not really sure what you mean...
Maybe you're asking the reverse? How to do it in this Japanese Program? If so, it's Edit -> チップイメージ全体にペースト, but as I said above, that didn't really work for me -- and actually acquired sole rights to my clipboard after that.

That's a hell of a necro post..He hasn't posted anything new maybe for multiple reasons:

1. He could have quit the project.
2. He's too busy to work on it right now.
3. It's on hiatus.
Etc etc..

He hasn't even been on here since April 20th.

He's already finished it and released it. The reason why he doesn't post here is because of all the drama that went on.

The drama led to him needing to be banned. So, that is why he hasn't posted.
