- Pictures say it all. Here's the things missing ==================== Does not show up in side bar - The empty block of data was ignoring the 6th letter at 3FC5C1 = FF. Change that to 01 and it'll push it down a line and show the 6th letter....we might have to possibly bump LV over in hopes of it to show 6th letter. Does not show up in character select Does not show up in saves Does not show up battle ==================== Once these are fixed, i'll put everything into a fresh CT rom and ips patch it for everyone.

The 8x8 font is cool, but it's a punch in the eye when you compare it to the 12x12 vwf counterpart. And for some reason I don't really like how those blueish green borders blend with gray/black backgrounds, especially on the deep blue texture in the first screen. A suggestion about that character stat screen: instead of moving everything one line down to use the extra space for the LV indicator, make a tile with "Lv" rendered on it and move the original string a tile on the right, then replace it with the "Lv" tile. This way the name fits in 6 tiles and the level mark is not glued together with the previous word when using 6 characters. Something like this:

I dunno about you... but... what are casualities? Also, Persona 2 IS! *fap fap* Anyone else notice that Persona seems to get acronymed a lot? P2IS! P2EP! P3! P3FES! Just a weird observation.

I haven't decided yet. I'm contemplating releasing two patches: one that's just the translation and the other the translation plus the Streets of Rage 3 title screen and enemy names. The title screen and enemy names would be the only difference between the two. In other words, no yellow shirts for Axel. Seriously, what the hell was Sega thinking? Anyway, I'll give this a bit more thought and probably set up a poll at some point to get some feedback. Feel free to PM if you (or anyone else) have any comments, suggestions, etc regarding BK3. Great! I think it's a very good idea doing two patches with different title screens. MIJET did the same with Trouble Shooters. And yes, the yellow shirt is weird...

I'll try that. I'm pretty certain it still won't work even if it's nudged over or just 1 tile...I'll try though. Edit: Hmm..I'm having issues with this. There's data behind the actual pointer itself that does something...Such a hassle...I'll keep messing with it.

If you ask me... The attack and defense should be in the detailed right panel only. Just stick with Lv, HP, and MP.

I'd have to somehow make room for that. Attack and defense have at least 20-25 bytes of data each..and i'm pretty sure there's not enough room on the right panel to support that. (I'm a novice at that kinda stuff atm...so that'll have to wait). The actual data for the name is 05 E0 9A at 3FC5BE. The pointer is BEC5FF which is at 3FC4DB. There is a 04 behind that which i'm not entirely sure what it does...Maybe tells where to start or possible set decompression routine or something... I tried repointing it to empty space with the name data in it and it came out like this - This is evil ;[

I guess I forgot to mention that the screenshots were in no way indicative of the final patch.

I loved TGL, but I never dedicated myself to finishing it. Probably should, someday.
What exactly are you doing with it?
