Well i figured that much at least, i assume Offset is where i put 415364 but what about size:,Format and byte order?

size = 2^(bits per pixel)
2^8 = 256
everything else, leave default

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong it just looks like the sprites except their all scrambled T.T

Part of extracting graphics is experimentation. Mess around with the block size and change the offset with Navigate -> Go To (relative) until images are aligned correctly. They will not all line up at once because they don't all start at addresses that are a multiple of a block.
