Hey, I didn't mean to sound that disapproving. I'm a relative newbie myself, so take what I say wth a grain (or shaker, your choice) of salt. Honestly, dispite my somewhat condeming tone, I was actually trying to encourage you to pursue the project. (As a SoM fan myself, it'd be cool to see.)

I totally understand if you haven't got the time to learn to ROM hack. It's a really time consuming hobby. I didn't mean any offence and if I did so, I appologize. (Textual communication is so devoid of the subtle cues that make human speach mean more than just the words.)

I've played through this game in Japanese using the save file from the US version on the sunken continent. As for graphic censorship, the Kettle Kin (or Kilroy II), the second robot of the scorpion clan is holding a chainsaw instead of the hammers. Also, the graphics of the earthquake spell are different as well.

That's just some info I know of since the time I stumbled upon this a few years ago. I plan on playing the game completely through in Japanese to note any other changes... besides text.
