As someone suggested last time, try searching only for characters without the " above them

Every " character in the game is recognized by the hex value 01, which is why this will most likely be found with wildcards. Regardless, I have already tried that (with and without wildcards) and still got nothing:

It isn't a rom, it was a PC game released in China. It is extremely rare and chances are it will never be translated into English because of the fact it is a PC CD.

Other than the game I'm translating, that's the only one.

Raccoon Sam hasn't been heard from for about two weeks, and the other guy who is translating this game has been working on it since December and still hasn't posted anything new on the forums I've checked. So, once this is done I'll publicly release it.

I already have this game and I cannot read the chinese, thought. Anyway, I can't wait! Keep up the good work!

here's a quick screenshot to show some progress:

you'll immediately notice the cavespeak below the first paragraph, but that'll be translated soon.

this is tough having to constrict sentences to a few words so they can fit >.<

Finally! You can do it. We support you. Smiley

Yes, Chinese characters and culture are the shit and that’s why most Asian countries copied them wholesale.

Oh wait, that’s not what you said. Well, in the electronics department, okay. In the ruining the environment department, yes. But do yourself a favor and be thought a fool instead of opening up and removing all doubt.

1. Wrong topic.

2. Wrong board.

3. No asking for ROMs. Use Google like everybody else.

4. If you can't find a translation, odds are it doesn't exist.

5. As it happens, there are three translations, all of them unfinished and none of them likely to ever see completion. If you want to try them anyway, just search for "Mystic Ark" under Translations on the left. You'll need an IPS patch program to apply them to the Japanese-language ROM; we provide IPS patchers here as well.

6. The Newbie Package of REQUIRED Material
