Yeah, comments have to be the first characters of a line and must be in ASCII for it to be read.

Yeah, but they were. The file was ASCII (well, ASNI, whatever!) and the comments were the first characters of each line (I set up my tables so that romjuice would dump them that way). The script portion that RC quoted above is the script that I was using. I tried it, it didn't work. RC tried it, it didn't work. We removed the Japanese, voila! It worked.

Are we missing something here?

You have an inserter made just for CT. Why don't you use that instead of trying to configure Atlas one million times?

Because. Your tools are incomplete. I need something that's going to be able to do the whole job, not half of it. And this of course does not mean that I'm not greatful for you sending them to me, but since I can't finish coding the damned things myself, I'm sticking with Atlas.

It's complete, actually. The only thing that still needs to be implemented is the address table for the whole script, but you didn't even bother to ask me, did you?

You told me yourself that it's incomplete. Why should I have to ask about it, when YOU told me that? =P

Reinserting routines are already coded (they have been like that for almost 2 years) and ready for any test. Didn't I told you that, too?

The reinserter is still not complete (no mte code) and inserts only 6 dialogue scripts out of 11, and is configured only for working with a particular table I made.

My script format is totally incompatible with any other program like atlas. Anyway, there's not much work to do for completing the reinserter. Also I didn't write the mte code because I was thinking about using Huffman for compressing dialogues. RedComet can tell you how good is that method.

Oh well, sending you the package.

Direct quotes from the PMs we had back then. The inserter only inserts 6/11 script chunks, and only works with a table you made (which, oddly enough, you didn't incluce in the "package").

Because there is not .tbl file. That's why I gave you also a bmp dump of my font, which you could have used as a base. -_-

Look, I think this whole thing was just one big misunderstanding, gomen.

I know it wasn't supposed to be an actual .tbl file, and I kinda thought thats what the .bmp was for. Still, it's incomplete. You never told me if you had finished it since then, and my translator is getting on my ass to test out insertion. If you're finished coding the tools you sent me; fine, send me the finished product and I'll use them. If not, I'm going to use Atlas and Romjuice.

Again, for the 100th time: you can already test the goddamn translation using the package I gave you! Did you even read at least once what I wrote in my PMs?

And again: did you ask me to complete them while Suzaku and RedComet were working on the project? Answer: no.

Yes, I read what you wrote in the PMs, unless you sent something that I didn't get. I never bothered testing it because it was incomplete.

Also, since I had a hard enough time getting them from you in the first place, I didn't think you'd be WILLING to finish them for me. -_-

It's not my fault if you don't even bother trying. -.-

Would it be possible to either stop this pissing contest altogether, or at least take it to PMs? 'Cause it'd be awesome to not have an argument of this magnitude all over this topic every time I come to read it....
