I'm in general agreement. You were granted a spectacular favor - an accomplished assembly-level hacker drew up a variable-width font routine for you, and you did nothing with it. Why should any of us believe that this situation will be any different?

I don't see why learning ASM would take that long. Simply a matter of figuring out what every code does. Shouldn't be hard at all.
