Topic: Which gba emulator can do this ? (Read 3601 times)

I am looking for the gba emulator that is familiar to ZSNES or SNES9X:  Remove both characters so I can have the title screen. visualboyadvance and no$gba do not have that. what gba emulator can do ? Thanks! |

thats most likely because those two characters and the title are stored as one big image file which is drawn to the screen

I think your talking about disabling layers. That's all one layer.

Visual Boy Advance can do it. Ctrl+1,2, 3 or 4, I believe.

But like everybody else said, if it's all one layer, then you can't remove them.

I am able to remove characters from this title screen with CTRL+1,2,3, or 4 but the problem is that I cannot remove NEW GAME, CONTINUE, DATA BASE, is there ?  |

Am I the only one that sees how easy it would be just to cut the unwanted images out with paint? It's a pretty basic title screen with nothing but a black background >_>

Now, that's what I did. What do you want the title screen logo for?
I am trying to copy sfc's palettes onto gba's version before I can reinsert it into my SFC version. I am doing my Rockman & Forte into ENGLISH VERSION. I know someone already did but I like to do it. It is my favorite game of all time after Rockman 8. |

Haven't we been through this before?
Alright, a few things.
1) Either English is not your native language, or you speak it like a four-year-old. If you release a patch with that sort of language in it, nobody is going to want to play it.
2) You seem completely incapable of understanding even the most basic romhacking concepts, which makes me think that you either will be entirely unable to replace the title screen, or that you'll be using MY work as a base, which I expressly forbid you to do. Either do ALL of the work yourself, or don't do it at all. I absolutely refuse to allow my work to be bastardized in such a way. If you were translating it into, I don't know, Spanish or French or Italian or something, that I might be okay with, provided you showed me that you were capable in the first place (which you haven't.) But a lot of work went into my translation, including a lot of work on compressed graphics which I'm 100% sure you won't be able to get at without stealing from my patches.
If you wish to continue to produce an inferior version, be my guest. In the meantime, you are absolutely not to use my work as a base. Capice?

Never mind. You do not understand my language. My english is my language. As long as I write "grammar" and not "grammer", I'm fine with just about everything. Please, enough! I am here to ask for help, that's all. I don't need your Rockman & Forte version. I will do my own way, that's all. Edit: I have a japanese friend and he is slow and help me out. Your game have a few bugs and I did fixed it and I said well, I can do it and I did. I do not need it, ok ? I did it on my own and I just need to ask for help with reinsert and what program. You just throw it in my face ? That's not very nice of you. Please be nice, ok ? God is watch you. |
