Ever wonder why there were 3 Adventures of Lolos in the US but only 2 in Japan? Well Lolo 1 US was a remake of the japanese version of Lolo with the name Eggerman- Revival of the Labyrinth!

Today you get to see a sneak peek of it in English!

EDIT:

The password screen is now hacked!

Hey, looking good! My only criticisms are that your title screen is a little bland. Also, for some reason, when I looked at your name on the title screen I read it at as "DARKMENS" :/

Lot of redundant translations lately. Did you know that there are three separate Hello Kitty World translations, with a fourth in progress? And four separate Transformers NES translations? And three for Antarctic Adventure, that only translate a single word?

The password length can probably be expanded. Since they translate to something, that meaning probably can't be expressed easily with the current length. It'd take a little reprogramming but I don't think it'd be anything too hard. The key is to make sure there's enough room in RAM to store it.

I could probably do it, only if i had a really accurate translator... The one I'm using isn't the best.

...Yes, do we really need a second translation for this?

This is actually the one game I took a whack at translating, several years ago.  I got discouraged when I started trying to do the title screen; it was something of a mess.  Are you using a particular tool?

I was actually going to call it "Eggerland Mystery Revival", mostly because it sounds catchier - and then I was going to riff off the Eggerland Mystery title screen.

While we're on the subject, http://www.romhacking.net/trans/941/ mentions two secret phrases.  One of them is the stage select, of course, but what is the other one?

Nope! I just organized a table for the blocks well.

You mean you manually replaced all the tiles with numbers, and then looked at where each tile was placed and so on?

Hi, I'm new.

I look forward to this Eggerland translation. The one that already exists is irrelevant to me because I was not able to finish it. It bugged up half-way through using that translation and trapped me with no escape in one of the rooms. It actually regenerated the monsters there, and the room is impossible to complete from the opposite side, and that is what trapped me. I tested and determined that it was in fact the translation patch that caused the problem.

Hopefully, this new translation patch will not have the same problem. I appreciate the effort, darkmew5.

EDIT: For those curious over the bug, I was using Nestopia as an emulator.

The author of the other patch would probably also be interested in the specifics of this bug.  Which room is it on the map screen?  (You know about the stage select, right?)
