So I made these Game Genie codes for Battletoads:

SONVIIVI Infinite Continues - Continue count is reset to 3 every time you continue
OXSVZGSX  Allowed to press Start at intro and skip the logos
PPUAPLZP  Zitz gets whatever continues Rash would get, so he can join in any time the map screen is shown.  Normally the game gives inactive players -1 continues.  This code forces Zitz to start with 3 continues, so he can join in later.  (If Rash is not playing, he gets -1 continues)
OZXATLSX  Beat the game immediately.

Let's go make Bugs Bunny's Birthday Blowout harder!

OVEZZLON + IEEZLLII - Enemies deal 5 damage to you whenever you get hit
OVEZZLON - Enemies deal 85 damage, killing you instantly
AEOGVYLT - Collecting carrots does not increment counter
AANZALAU - Much shorter invincibility time (approx half second instead of 3 seconds), enemies only, not from spikes

Of course, the game's biggest dirty secret is that you have infinite continues.  It only changes which stage you're on when the game is first powered on, and when you beat a level.
