I was trying all NDS patching tools but I always get a patch with crazy size,
sometimes even bigger than the ROM itself.

Is there any way to make reasonably small patches for NDS hacks?
Some people write their own programs to patch a determined game,
and use ndstool.exe to optimize the patching task...

I have no clue on what to do to release my NDS works without uploading
a hundred Mbs patch. >.<U

Any help would be appreciated!

Use xdelta.

Used that already, but I see that patch size is still a problem...

try an old version of xdelta, if you've tried xdelta3.

older versions (like 1.1.3 or 1.1.4) sometimes seems to give smaller sizes, just like IPS format. try it out.
