That's a very light-hearted comment... Coming from somebody who doesn't know what he is really talking about. You don't just "map" sprites to enemies. You want proper behavior and animation to go with it. Judging from other stuff present in the rom, it might be already in there. However, sometimes some beta things are just that, beta. And they cannot be readily made available without bigger changes.

I didn't mean to make light of the work that would be required.  I know it's still a  feat in itself and a long way off.   I just meant that graphics are typically the biggest space users and those are already in the game.   I doubt the behaviour was coded in the beta, bt who knows what's in there that wasn't finished, other than graphics.
