I saw the new Lazy Shell editor for super mario rpg but I'm getting errors that make the program unusable.

I'm not sure if it has to do with Vista itself or because its 64bit, and the .net framework is 64bit.

It's an issue with 64 bit OSes. See this thread for more info.
