I know people have done tentative work on PS2 titles but I can't find any utilities on the site for such a thing. I have recently purchased Final Fantasy XII: International Zodiac Job System and would like to import the script from my North American version but don't have the means. I am no programmer so it'd be unlikely that I would be able to make my own utility. I'm not asking for one, just asking if there is one because I know people have done work on other PS2 games.
