Ugh. If you're a portuguese speaker, you must never, EVER use the word "fêmea" when adressing a female. It's disgusting, and all girls hate that. Tongue

That aside, props to all the brazilian romhackers and translators involved in these projects. Vocês são foda. Smiley

"De repente fêmea"? Ouch. I have to concur that some word choices are kinda weird. Translation is not transliteration, it's all about localization Wink
Also, does the SoTN translation restore things cut out of the english version (like the extra familiars)? I see it was based on the SLUS_000.67 version (english)...
All in all, nice work Smiley Três vivas para o PoBRE \\o/

Gamer_Boy, please don't double-post. Editing your previous post when yours is the last in the thread has the same effect without violating the rules.

But "De repente fêmea" was kinda a localization, not a transliteration. It's about the same as changing "Saint Seiya" to "Knights of the Zodiac", "Ashita no Joe" to "Rocky Joe" or "Hajime no Ippo" to "Fighting Spirit".

Perhaps changing "female" to "woman" would be better, but "De repente fêmea" isn't a bad choice anyway. At least it's better than the original title (X-Change) to us. Much better.
