I'm basically trying to do another update for Sega Genesis's NBA Live 96.

I'm green therefore,using Tile Molester is above my head.

I have actually edited the information in the Rom but to make this Rom better I personally feel changing the color of the Uniforms and logos has to be done at somepoint.

Is there any possible program out there that I can use to accomplish this. Especially considering I have no experience in finding decompressed graphics in Genesis games.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
