Sorry for the lame Zelda 3 questions...but,
Does anyone know how to make an invisible wall?

Like, say there's 2 ways to go in a room, and one
of them is blocked by an invisible wall.
Impassable and Invisible.

haha. yeah

Use Hyrule Magic until it glitches an does it for you. XD

Actually... If you put a wall in a layer underneath and "layer 1" looking floor tiles, you could get that effect...

I dont think im doing it right.

I tried:

*Layer 1- Wall with floor pattern over it.

*Layer 1- Floor
  Layer 2- Wall

*Layer 2- Wall (not visible since its on layer 2)

None of them seem to work.
There's no visible wall using those methods but i can still walk right through.

Can you post a screenshot of this room in hyrule magic (all the settings included in the picture)? I'm kind of curious what your current setup is for that room, we might be able to tweak it to to work.

There is a room to the left of it but i blocked it out cause i dont want to give away
a few things. hahah.

So what I wanted is for there to be an invisible wall between some of the torches.
Like so you have to keep guessing until you get it right kinda thing.
I have changed NONE of the settings. Other than the pallete and floor patterns.
There is NOTHING on layer 2 in this picture. Everything you see is layer 1 at the moment..

Why not post a pic with all layers visible?

No, ALL layers are visible.
It's just there is nothing on any other layer than layer 1 in this room.

Just a note, that would be a bad experience for me as the player. Puzzle > trial & error

Think of it as the same idea from the Fire temple from Zelda OOT,
where the fire shoots up between certain pillars, only this isnt fire.
