When I try to open this Utility it says that a file is missing and it cannot be opened. Is there something wrong with the current download on the site or is it just my computer.

Works fine for me. "A file is missing" doesn't help much, get the name of the file and Google it, once you find it stick it in the same directory as the editor.

Oh yeah I should have said which one *duh*. Ok I'm getting this error

You should be able to Google for the missing file you need.

Yep, I found the file and fixed the error. Thank you for the advice.
