I created this topic to let you know of a new tool to hack the NES Captain Tsubasa 2 rom.
Its the Captain Tsubasa Hack Tool.

Its a freeware tool created by mazong1123. The link above provides the tool, its manual and the source code.
The only problem is that all the material is in Japanese u_u. I hope it gets translated soon .
