7zip says that is is corrupt. And I have tried.

Plus, It looks like a TAR.BZ2! And once I did that part, It contains nothing but Compression Info.

Presuming you're referring to this file then it appears that it is corrupt. I tried two different compression utilities and neither could do anything with it.

It's definitely corrupted. Can someone with a proper copy of it fix that?

Karatorian is probably the only one with a correct copy.  The one he has in the smbs folder on his website is corrupt, too.

I apprently had a brain fart when I packaged the fix. I've uploaded a proper version here and updated the DB, so it should work now.
