Specifically the Disgaea ROM, in this case. Could somebody point me in the direction of a guide or program for doing this?

Well, I ripped voices from Star Ocean PSP/Tales of series. I just had to use PSound. If not, I used Cube Media Player

Hrm, neither of those programs are getting all the sounds. Lots of sound effects and background noises, but no music and no voices from conversations which is what I'm really looking for

Are you scanning the entire ISO itself, or are you mounting it and scanning each individual file. I had to mount the ISO itself in order to find the files I needed.
