Hi, after my very first hack (which never saw the daylight because of some very stupid reasons) I've came with the idea to redo Final Fantasy I on the NES
I want it to make so it resembles the later games (but not the battle system)

What I plan to add:

1.Add a title screen!!! (using the NES Screen Arranger)
2.update the graphics (no more ugly enemies!)
3. update the towns, NPCs, ...

Now, I wanted to start with the title screen, and I used the program called NES Screen Arranger, I saw this program posted by Sliver X in some Topic, and this is supposed to add a Title screen.
Now could somebody just tell me how I do that, I also got an image of the title screen

You'd need to learn ASM, either add one in, or maybe you could hack the Japanese I+II version, and disable II on the menu, but either way, you'd need ASM.

Well, I'll save that for later, I guess I'll start with my other objectives...

I really thought that that program could add a title screen, I mean, the great Final Fantasy hacker Sliver X said it would, and he made Dragoon X Omega II...

Arranging a screen is one thing.  Inserting it into the ROM is another.  It's like designing a map on paper vs. editing an in-game map

The enemies are ugly!?  Shocked

I thought they were pretty damn good when the game came, and still do considering all the limitations of the NES. Or do you plan to convert the game to MMC5?

I don't quite think you understand what I was talking about in that thread. NSA can be used to design the screens used during the Bridge Crossing and Ending, since Final Fantasy simply uses uncompressed Name/Attribute tables for them. The title screen logo I did for the FF hack I was involved with is nothing more than free alphanumeric space I was able to use for tile graphics (Which means it's just "text").

This was feasable because of the limited weapon/armor types I went with for the game.

Then why aren't you using one of these logos?

FFIV was the first to use the modern style.
