I was approached a few weeks ago by a forum user named Soprano. He said he was interested in translating Kid Dracula to French. I said I was fine with it, but I also asked him to not work directly off the patch I made because it's really a messy hackjob, and it would be much easier for him to work on the game from scratch. I also offered to send him the original translated script (pre-editing) and whatever notes I had on the game.

Well, the guy hasn't shown up on the forum again and I have no idea if he ever did anything. :banghead:

I was wondering if anyone here knows him, or where he is. I normally wouldn't bother, but eh. I was just happy someone ASKED to translate one of my patches to their language... I want to see Kid Dracula in French anyhoo. :p

Soprano translated only one game so far (Wizards & Warriors). Since he's a beginner I don't know if he'll be able to hack Kid Dracula but if he can't someone from our forum will probably help him.
In any case my french version of Wai Wai World 2 should be out next week
