Still trundling along with an FF1 hack.
I want to basically disable the routines that say who is targetted in battle and who is targetting because it's fairly redundant as the sprites flash and just makes the game interminably slow.
So what happens now is:
Unit flashes, display name of monster, display target, the "stuff getting hit" animation, display damage.
What I want is:
Unit flashes, stuff getting hit animation, display damage.
I know some people are much better at the ancient ff1 code than I am, so some help would be fantastic.
