Here it's captain tsubasa 2 rom for nes translated to spanish 100%
I will upload game to TRANSLATIONS section. but I'll give link to my blog anyways....
I hope you enjoy the game and I wanted also to say thanks to HAYABUSAKUN...

It's pretty easy to make an IPS patch.

Download Lunar IPS
http://www.romhacking.net/utils/240/

Click on the create patch button
Select the original Japanese rom
Select your translated rom

there are updates...
V 2.1 only change LISTEN UP for Escuchen and shot name Hurricane sky lan Cheesy for Sky LAB

EDITO al 28/05: hay un update menor...
Versión 2.1, solo cambia al llegar al partido con TOM donde el entrenador dice
"escuchen" en lugar del Listen up que me había olvidado de traducir y el tiro huricane sky lab decia LAN en vez de lab Cheesy
