To be quite honest I don't even know why I went there. Like most people I had given up on Magic Destiny years ago. But for some reason I did go there and what greets me on the main page if not a news update dated today. There's activity there which quite honestly I just find mind blowing... Does this mean there's hope for Dejap and J2E too? Seems like anything is possible right now...

I hope so. There's some projects stalled 5 or even 10 years ago that deserve another chance...

... I thought Bongo`'s effort had nothing to do with Magic Destiny.

Draken is with him too, and he is one of the original MD members of that project afaik.

It's awesome that this game gets finally done, but I wouldn't count on more of those older projects being revived soon, at least by MD themselves. Anyway, what does it matter which group or person does it? All that counts is that the games are finally done

05-19-08 Well, after some discussion and a six year hiatus, we are talking about getting work going on some projects again. Hourai will be the first project to get back on track. Some of the other projects will be cancelled and have their webpages removed soon. Not all of the projects that other groups have assumed work on will be cancelled though. Look forward to actually seeing our group coming back to life soon.

Huh, that's news to me. I wonder if they managed to find a copy of the lost English script?

Gideon, have you heard anything about this?

Lennus 2 is going through final beta testing (and edits now that Bill is back).  It will be released this summer!  I guarantee!
There is talk of other projects making a comeback, but you'd have to ask WB about them Wink
