Is anyone interested in doing a version of Super Mario Bros. Plus in which the game is a hack of All Night Nippon Super Mario Bros., except it has all the standard Super Mario Bros. references? And that which will contain World 9 as well?

By that, I mean that no recycled levels are used.

World 5-3 (SMB1) is replaced by World 5-3 (SMB2J)
World 5-4 (SMB1) is replaced by World 5-4 (SMB2J)
World 6-4 (SMB1) is replaced by World 6-4 (SMB2J)
World 7-2 (SMB1) is replaced by World 6-2 (SMB2J)
World 7-3 (SMB1) is replaced by World 6-3 (SMB2J)
World 8-4 (SMB1) is replaced by World 8-4 (SMB2J)

What do you think of this???

the same techniques karatorian is using to create the expanded rom for SMBS could be used here.  plus the advantage would be that the level data is already formatted correctly.  adding the world 9 bit would be the most difficult part i would guess

Theres no point to porting this is there? The game itself is a merely a hack of Japanese Super Mario bros 2. It can be played with a NES/Famicom emulator.
