ok so i'm new to this and my ps2 can play japanese games but therein lies the problem I can't read japanese so I need help on how to translate the text from japanese to english and like I said before i'm new to this so if there's programs i need to do this just tell me what they are and I'll get them thanks.

There is no magical program that translates Japanese to English, my friend.

ok so that means I'll either have to find someone to tarnslate it for me or learn to read japanese and do it myself right?

No offense, but you can't just up and learn a new language on a whim...it takes months, years. A lot of studing, a lot of money, and a lot of will power.

Well it depends how strong your whim is. It does take a while but it's quite possible.

I've learned English that way and I'm teaching it now. I think BXPCQ (sorry can't remember the exact name) also learned Japanese and English that way.

Yes, that's pretty much it exactly. None of us became good at what we do overnight. Very little of any value comes quickly or easily.
