I am looking for a rom corruptor (or is it corrupter?) for linux
I am currently using my PS3 as a PC,
and want to know if there is a corrupter(source if any) out there for the ppc architecture
i am using Yellow Dog Linux and want to try to edit levels in Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town
but can't find any for Linux
Can someone help me out?

You can always do corruption in most hex editors with insert/overwrite functionality. There's no real need for a special program.

Corruption(looks quicker), Tracing(never heard of it...sorry)
I'm willing to really apply my self but just want to know what Utility is available
for ppc architecure
I realy want to start just playing around with levels then items, etc.
from there im thinking about going with an original game frm the ground up
...Harvest Moon FoMT for now, love the game and would be fun to change around
I searched for tracing utility in google and sourceforge and found VBA-H
VisualBoyAdvance for Hackers but when i try to install it i get cc1plus: out of memory allocating 652200720 bytes after a total of 39567360 bytes
googled that without byte info but can't find a definive solution...
im just trying to get my legs going can someone help me out please not to beg .-_-.
