I just need help replacing items in the mart in oldale town with master balls and rare candies. Can someone who knows how to do this explain it? I'm playing emerald by the way.

Thanks, but when I tried running that I got this error...

[ Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid ]

Should running windows vista have anything to do with this?

I don't think Vista comes with a complete VB runtime.  Try installing the VB6 runtime from MS:

It doesn't say it's for Vista, but I'm guessing it will work fine (I'd check on my Vista laptop but I'm at work...).
