Hey im tryin to get into txt hacking and i was wondering if there is a search relative for windows. i heard rumor of an sr3 but i cant find it.

WindHex has relative search built in. Try it.

A lot of ROM hackers use Translhextion to do relative searching because it includes a Value Scan Relative feature which is the only really useful way to relative search. (Once you have the relative search values, though, I recommend using WindHex for the actual editing.)
