Can someone tell me how to edit fonts in Zelda, so I can make the letter Æ Ø Å.
When I use the letters in translation, they dont show up in the game.
I suppose the files font files must be edit, to make them manualy.
Tried to open them in TilEd 2002 but i can't sort them out.
These are the font's I found in the rom

LC_Font_m.nftr
zeldaDS_15.nftr
zeldaDS_endL.nftr
zeldaDS_endS.nftr

go get Tile Molester and try viewing this file with 1bpp formats. probably you'll find something.

I already saw 2 DS games with letters this way.

There -might- be a small chance the European version of this game (if any) already contains the letters you need.

I've tinkered around with Euro games before, and they usually include extra letters.

Used TilEd 2002 again, found something using Bitmap mode 1bpp Smiley

Arrrhg, but my TilEd is fucked up, I got an error *9* and the program close, when I edit the tile..

Not Norwegian ones, since games aren't usually translated into Norwegian. I haven't actually played Zelda DS yet - if it lets you select German screentext, there should be a couple letters in the font that can be tampered with. If there isn't, you can always edit out worthless letters like C, Q and X that won't be used in the script anyway.

I recommend Djinn Tile Mapper, the font isn't stored in 8x8 tiles. I don't think NDS games usually have 8x8 fonts anyway.
I took a look and the font is stored in LC_Font_m.nftr
Tiles are something like 11x11 (well, something with 11, there's some other data in the file and I couldn't get it to view correctly)

I suspect the font is 12x14. so, this way, I think editting normally with Tile editors will be a pain in the ass.

you'll probably need to know how to use Feidian and do it with this program.
