Hi there.  First post here after lurking for awhile.

Recently, I've been poking around this game, and found that it could be really easy to plug a translation into, as the script files for the game are really easy to edit.  I've run into a slight problem, though.  Here are some screenshots of what I've done with it, as a test.  You'll see the problem I'm having.

As you can see, it appears to use the PSP's own system font.  However, I can find little to no documentation on it.  I was thinking that since it does use the system font, that there might be a flag somewhere to resize it.  I'm not sure if it would be inside the EBOOT.BIN file or maybe inside one of the script files (unlikely).

Anyone have any thoughts on how I could achieve a resize of the font?

... wait, what's wrong with that font? The size looks PERFECT. All you need to do is figure out how to add linebreaks. o_o

That is with line breaks.  Or rather, me working within the scope of the original text (which has breaks) so as not to affect size.

EDIT: I took a second look at the script file, and found the hex code for line breaks.  It seems to work.  Thanks for the clue! Smiley  I'd still like to resize the font, tho, somehow.

How did you make those screenshots? Does the game run in a PSP emulator?

If anyone's still interested in this project, I have a blog set up where you can read my endless idiot ramblings, use of profanity and stupid pictures, and even some stuff about the actual project, including a quandry I'm having right now over text and voices.  And not just the ones I pretend are in my head, ether:

We've released the first patch.  It's an alpha, several things are translated, including a really small part of the script.  Download links are at the project blog.  http://babazoz.wordpress.com. Smiley
