I made a game harder by changing the levels. I like to know what program can i use to make a Ips Patch. And then Hopefully i can post it here on Rom Hacking.net.

WindHex has functions for making an IPS patch.

If you read any of the topics on the search they are asking how to APPLY a patch NOT on how to make one for a game that was changed. Unless you just saying that to bust my chops.

Lunar IPS is the program I use for both creating and applying IPS patches.

Click "Utilities" on the left. There's a search function there. Tongue

Me too. I trust FuSoYa's implementation of IPS patching and creation code. No mysterious glitches or bugs like reportedly are in some other IPS utilities.

IIRC there were some blank screens when I soft-patched with ZSNES, while the hard-patched ROM worked.

I didn't investigate further though. Might have something to do with strange / ROM expansions and the resulting memory maps.
