I'm new to both rom hacking and this forum.  Thank you to everyone who has paved the way and developed all these utilities!!

For my first hack, I am using the original RBI baseball for NES.  After I put an image back together in the Tile Arranger (say a Right Handed batter), is there anyway to save where I found these tiles, like an offset or something?

Also, I've read that NESticle had the abiltity to edit graphics inside the emulator, so you could see the changes instantly.  Are there any current emulators with a similar feature?  Right now I use NESten, and I'm very happy with it.

thank you in advance for any help!

Nesticle can only save edits to the few games that have VRAM. I don't believe there are any other emulators that offer this feature.

As for saving graphics in Tile Layer Pro, I think you can export whatever you have on the tile arranger, but there's no way to "bookmark" where exactly those graphics came from within the ROM.
