How do I change the Starter Pokemon in the Red Version of Pokemon? I can't find the data. Is there a program that can change what the starter Pokemon will be in the two ROMs? If so, then where do I find it? I need help as this is really frustrating, I want the Red version's Starter Pokemon to be these: Mew, Mewtwo, and Alakazam. I want them all to be at Level 70. Anybody want to help me out?

This isn't helping me, it does not tell me how to change the Starter Pokemon you get from Professor Oak's Lab. Anybody else?

Find it out for yourself, if all you can do is follow tutorials you won't get very far in romhacking.
