No, you can teach yourself.

On a side note, SRW4 is not a task for a newbie. Try an easier project first. (And learn some Japanese while you're at it. Trust me.)

i read some of those documents, i cant find the one that can teach me how to make a library compression, how to reduce the empty spaces between letters

and none of those tools can make a good looking font for me too

SRW is my favorite series, that's why i've learned some japanese already

If you wait. Aeon Genesis will come out with it in due time. They're got a reputation for followthrough so I'd just sit tight. Maybe work on your japanese more, as it's an invaluable skill.

Again, it's not what you said but how you said it. We've told you it will be done eventually. You then choose to say :

Quote
why dont you teach me how to do
if you dont want to

Which comes off as disrespectful. This is a very DYI hobby. No one's here to hold your hand. There's no real way to know how long a translation is going to take, and if you had a more in depth knowledge of what goes into it, you'd understand that. It's being done for free, so don't come off with some sense of entitlement. That said, if you feel you can teach yourself and do a faster and/or better job of it, no one's stopping you.

Not everyone has had the privilege of having a decent education with computers, or even owning a computer to even learn about these technical things.

Whenever I see or experience people being so hostile to someone who isn't fortunate enough to already know these things already, I am reminded of the character Nick Burns, Your Company's Computer Guy on Saturday Night Live.

The guy is just asking for a mentor.

But he could ask more nicely and use proper grammar, too.

From my observations game translation (and romhacking) is an occupation which requires that the person involved possesses at least:
a) Patience
b) Communication skills

It would be hard to be a mentor of a person who lacks both. And would it be worth it?

It will sound rude, but... hanhnn, I think you should learn social skills before learning romhacking. RHDN is full of polite and friendly people but everyone's patience has it's limits.
