I am new so I am not sure if this goes here, sorry if not..

Okay I have been playing Mario Legends 1-Elemental Quest and find myself stuck..
I am in the third World..Second board [The Water world]
I am just past the spot where all the boxes are mushrooms and a spring is below by a pipe spitting out bombers, I figured that part out and am now right after it on a cliff with no idea where to go or what to, I have the feather power

Sorry if this makes no sense ,This game is insane lol I described it best I can, if anyone knows what to do please tell I would be very thankful
