This site should help. Try using the Universal Intro remover 32mb and 64mb patches.

I also found this site, which looks very helpful

well, if there's a intro, surely there's big quantities of non-used space in the ROM.

by means of romhacking, that dumper intros only muddle with the work. it uses part of the non-used free space, that could be used by the romhacker for other events. that's why I reccomend for the people not to get Roms with intros.

I don't know much about those ROM patchers that remove intros, but if it only changes the values that make the ROM point to the intro and so go back to the beginning, and don't erase the intro's data, the space may not be freed automatically. and depending of the size that this intro take, it would certainly be wasted.

so, if you don't know how to find specifically data about those dumper intros, I reccomend you to get no-intro Roms. it's easier than all those pain in the ass. that's what I do. and always reccomend for users apply patches in no-intro Roms.

the thing is, its hard to find GBA roms without team intros, or atleast where i get mine. i guess its time to read 'where to find roms'...

The link provided by snesmaster40 for the gbata v0.7a at the no intro project site should actually be all you need to remove intros from gba games. Very easy to use and once the intro is removed you will end up with a 'good/proper dump' of the game anyway. And it fixes overdumps too, what a crowd-pleaser. My most hated intros are the ones from mode7. Then again, I enjoy seeing intros on translations like the one for Wozz which I thought was very neatly done.

You can also try out costis' program flash advance toolkit v8 which allows you to remove intros but also to modify headers and pad gba roms, quite useful for those of us into hacking.

That page has other very useful tools as well, especially for gba linkers.

No it's not, not anymore, I actually find it harder to find ROMs with the intros nowadays. I get my GBA ROMs from Emuparadise, there's a link in the where to get ROMs topic or you can Google it.

mode 7 intros.... ugh, they make you sit and go through there credits which takes up a good 20 seconds...

tried to use the 64mbit intro remover, on Advance Wars 2 (64mbit) dumped by !! wouldn't you know Mode 7!
and it didn't work  Undecided\

I'm guessing it doesn't work with some games, or Mode & are just a bunch of pricks and did something so you can't get rid of it. I'll try and older Mode 7 release.

[edit]
you know i really wouldn't mind if it just flashed by for a second, and quite honestly, some of the intros are realy nice looking.

i thought that Emuparadise was the site that had tons of popups and trojans? or did they fix it?

Some of those retards actually make it so the game breaks if you remove the intros.

at least, only older GBA roms has intros. nowadaws the latest ones are already no-intro. it's rare find one of those latest roms with intro inside.

but last year, I remember I was searching for a Tomb Raider game of GBA (the oldest one.), the american non-intro version of this rom. Searched like a monkey with fire on the ass and didn't found anyone. and so I was forced to get european one, that was the only without intros I found.

yea i noticed when i was running the program on my roms that it was usually the older games that had it.
It seems mode7 did create a header that the program doesn't remove  Undecided\

Hey! This reminds me... I've been searching YEARS for a Pokemon Ruby 1.0 (U) [!] or Pokemon Sapphire 1.0 (U) [!], which has no intro. Any tips on identifying it? MD5 hash, NFO, whatever. Or can someone tell me where to buy a GBA dumping kit? Then I could make the ROM myself.

I get a blank page while loading another from time to time, I assume it's an advertising page with all the images blocked, I don't pay it any attention and click the continue link. I've never seen anything else nor have I had any trouble with any of the GBA files (Which is all I've downloaded from there, I know better sources for the rest of my ROMs).

Yeah I think mode7's intros are probably the only ones that are more harder to remove as I tried the program NinjaC64 mentioned on Onimusha Tactics (U) and I couldn't get it to work.

I did find this patch for mode7's Advance Wars 2 dump which does work. I haven't tried it on other mode7 dumps though
