Hello, I am interested in hacking ROMs for the genesis (Phantasy Star III in particular). I was wondering if anyone here could refer me to some decent hex-editing programs and tile editing programs that work well with Genesis games. Any input is very appreciated, thanks!

A Genesis emulator with tracing/debugging would probably be the only real console-specific thing you could need.

We've got one of those on RHDN, too! (And it rocks!) Cheesy

This RHDN you speak of sounds interesting. Where could I get one? Does it come in blue?
