I'm Kyodo, a semi-beginner ROMhacker, and I'm interested in hacking Link's Awakening and Oracle of Seasons.
I would like to talk about these games to people who understand how they work, and eventually make an editor for them.
What utilites are best for games like these? I've been using VBA's built-in hex editor.

no$GBA is your friend.

Actually I don't believe no$gba emulates the GBC, from what I remember BGB is the best debugger for GBC. Also, for Link's Awakening there are a few level editors out there, Nelphi is one, I can't seem to find a link though.
