Everytime I try to edit map within advance map it always says "Error, Invalid Map-Footer Pointer..." what can I do to fix this?

What exactly are you trying to edit? If you edit the mapheader directly, make sure there's a footer pointer as it mentions or, the data it points to is not corrupted Smiley

well im trying to recreate a map in pokemon.  I totatly revamped a map, (i think it was littleroot town in pkmn ruby) and i changed the length and width of the whole map and when i got knee deep into the recreation i would have to start all over again becuase of this error :banghead:

and where can I find where to edit the footer pointer
